Windbruch signs with Hypnotic Dirge Records;

Release of second full-length album"No stars, only full dark" in February 2014.

The atmospheric Black Metal project "Windbruch" has signed with Hypnotic Dirge Records for the release of their second full-length album "No stars, only full dark"

Cold and mesmerizing atmospheric black metal from the Siberian region of Yugra in the city of Nizhnevartovsk, Windbruch was formed by Mikhailov Rodion in 2009. It combines elements of post black metal, ambient and doom metal with the intention of creating a hypnotizing atmosphere.

In April 2013, Windbruch participated in a three way split release entitled "Silentium!" with the bands "Depicting Abysm" and "Gmork." which was released digitally through Hypnotic Dirge Records as a free download. [Link Below]

Now, their second full-length album “No stars, only full dark” will be released on Hypnotic Dirge Records in CD edition on February 1, 2014, and the track "Only Full Dark" is now available for streaming and free download. Note the dialogue from the Russian film "Stalker" in this track.

Talking about the concept of the upcoming album, Rodion of Windbruch had this to say:

“The whole album is something like a message from silent space or another reality. It is а sonic message to humanity to stop the exploitation of our home planet. Hundreds of years of war and over-consumption of the gifts of nature can not last forever. The future is coming. The dark future without stars. This concept finds reflection in the novel “Nomads of the North” by J. O. Curwood in some chapters and the cover itself refers to the same novel”
