10-26-09 ~ At the moment, I am writing and recording the material for the 2nd album. Until it is complete, there are samples available on the player for previewing. I am very excited about this release! I have great feelings about it. Médan Savamhel (Ba'al Graphics) will design the 2nd album layout, which will also include an illustration by Bernardo Alatorre (Rotengroth). Astral Luminous is currently going through a transitional period.

I have decided to re-construct the image and purpose of this project. I will still create experimental metal/ambient, and still create dark atmospheres, however I am trying to slightly pull away from the black metal image.

When I started this project, I meant for it to be a Ambient black metal project, but also experimental incorporating cosmic themes and sounds. This inspiration, still holds true, even stronger in fact! However...

I have now officially started working on the 2nd album! This album, will be completely experimental black ambient. The sounds used so far are more advanced than before, and production is much clearer and more dynamic. My vision is for the album to be completely instrumental (Experimental black ambient).
